Victoria Area Guide
Victoria, which falls in the City of Westminster Borough, is in the heart of Central London and is known as one of London’s busiest transport hubs. The district is dominated by the train and international coach stations on Buckingham Palace Road. The area consists predominantly of commercial property and social housing, with offices and shops, including a major shopping complex at Cardinal Place, lining most of the thoroughfares. Further benefits include from an array of services which include shopping parades, local theatre and tasty restaurants. Victoria’s central location means you are walking distance to many of London’s famous tourist sites such as Buckingham Palace and Green Park.

Victoria has many restaurants and bars, along with useful shopping on Victoria High Street and Victoria Station, including Sainsbury’s supermarket, Marks and Spencer and House of Fraser department store. Further cafes, pubs and restaurants can be found nearby Belgravia. Also home to the Victoria Palace Theatre and Apollo Victoria Theatre, musicals can be seen such as Billy Elliot, Grease and Wicked.
