Maida Vale, falling between Kilburn, Little Venice and St Johns Wood, is a desirable residential area in London. The wealthy area Miada Vale has wide tree lined streets and eye-catching buildings, with majority of the residential properties being Victorian stucco fronted or mansion blocks.

The nearest open space in Maida Vale is the very large and leafy Paddington Recreation Ground which has a range of activities to offer, including cricket pitch, a bandstand, rose garden and village green. The ground further has sport facilities which include tennis courts, running track, hockey and football pitches. Regents Park is also a short walk away along the canal.
Shopping and Entertainment
Maida Vale locals have the access to many unique shops as well as to branches of Tesco Express, Boots and Café Nero. As well as shops, there are many restaurants and pubs to be offered in the area. The ever so popular ‘The Waterway’ has an outdoor terrace overlooking the Grand Union Canal, perfect for a nice summer afternoon. Built in 1857 originally as a hotel, The Warrington is now a luxurious pub and restaurant in Maida Vale with seasonal menu changes. Furthermore Maida Vale has its own Everyman Cinema, great for a weekday movie night.
